PDF delivery and download help
After a successful purchase, Payhip automatically provides a download page and sends an email receipt containing your download link.
Payhip: I didn't receive my file or order →
If the receipt is missing, check your spam folder and search for email from Payhip. Payhip support can help with missing receipts and common download problems: contact@payhip.com.
If your order has an incorrect email address or the product file itself is missing, you may also need to contact us as the seller.
Refund requests and product questions
Refund requests are reviewed by the seller, not issued directly by Payhip. Please read our Refund Policy. Contact us with the product name, approximate purchase date, order reference if available and a short description of the issue. We will review requests in light of the purchase terms and applicable requirements.

You can also use the seller contact email listed at the bottom of your Payhip purchase receipt. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or passport details.
Frequently asked questions
I paid but cannot find the download email.
Check spam or promotions and search for Payhip. If you still cannot find the receipt, contact Payhip support at contact@payhip.com with the email address used at checkout. Please do not purchase the guide again just to troubleshoot.
My download link does not work.
Try opening the link from your Payhip receipt in another browser or on another device. For continuing access problems, follow Payhip's download troubleshooting guide or contact its support team. If the product file itself is missing, contact us.
Can I read the guide on my phone?
Yes. The Hokkaido Winter Road Trip Survival Kit is an English PDF for a compatible PDF reader on your phone, tablet or computer. Save it before your trip so you are not dependent on mobile reception.
Who handles refunds?
We review refund requests as the seller. Payhip does not directly issue refunds. Please contact us through Instagram or the seller contact address shown on your Payhip receipt, including your order reference and the reason for your request. Do not send card details.
Does the guide include live road conditions or personal travel advice?
No. Our articles, free tools and PDF are general planning resources. Always check current official weather alerts, road restrictions and transport information, and follow local instructions.
