Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Hokkaido Winter Road Trip Survival Kit sold by North Japan Travel Tools through Payhip. Please read the product description and this policy before purchasing. For purchases made before this policy was published, the terms presented at the time of purchase apply, subject to applicable law.

Digital delivery

This product is a digital PDF, not a physical item. Following a successful payment, Payhip normally provides immediate access to a download page and emails a receipt with a download link. If you cannot find your receipt or open the file, first check Payhip's download help or contact Payhip at contact@payhip.com.

When to request a refund

We review refund requests individually. Please contact us if you were charged twice for the same purchase, received a materially incorrect or defective file, or cannot access the product after reasonable troubleshooting. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a working file or issue a refund.

Because this is an instantly delivered digital product, a change of mind after delivery or access does not automatically qualify for a refund. Such requests are considered individually. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

How to request a refund

Contact North Japan Travel Tools using the seller contact email shown at the bottom of your Payhip purchase receipt, or send a message to our official Instagram account. Include the product name, approximate purchase date, order reference if available, and a brief explanation. Please contact us promptly once you notice an issue.

Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or passport details. Payhip cannot make a refund decision for the seller. If a refund is approved, we process it through the payment provider used for your purchase. The time for funds to appear depends on that provider and your bank.
